Refund policy
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Custom or personalized embroidered patches are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
